Linebaugh and Smyrna are the only branch libraries which have 1040 forms and instruction booklets available. Linebaugh also has a limited number of 1040 forms and instructions in Spanish.
Library staff at any location can help you with printing needed forms from the IRS.gov website at our regular costs for printing.
